BUSINESS OVERVIEW
Inerco is an experienced trader of steel pipes in Indonesia. Since its establishment on 12 August 2008, the Company has been focusing on selling ERW pipe and seamless pipe products for oil and gas drilling and distribution. Their main customers are top-tier oil and gas companies such as Chevron, Pertamina, etc.
The Company obtains most of its sales agreements from bidding processes, although it also occasionally receives·direct, on-the-spot appointment. Most of its products are acquired locally. Its operations range from the buying of raw materials, through processing and finishing, to delivery.
All operations are completed by outsourced vendors which are funded by the Company. The Company holds no physical inventory, since all products are delivered directly from the vendors.
Starting from 2016, Inerco's operation has been revived. The Company's owners envision dominating the steel pipe market from upstream to downstream. They have learnt that the existence of the trading Company is vital to the business because it holds market knowledge and has direct interactions with the end users. They believe that Inerco's business will be the foundation enabling them to accomplish their vision.

Operation
The Company's business operations are mainly conducted in Indonesia in cooperation with several local companies, for example, Krakatau Steel as raw materials suppliers, Bakrie Pipe and PT KHI Pipe Industries as manufacturers and other companies as a threading and delivery services provider. For seamless pipes, Inerco imports green pipes from overseas pipe manufacturers, e.g. from China, and processes them further in Indonesia before they are sold to customers
