In accordance with Indonesian Law, the Company has both a board of commissioners and a board of directors. The board of directors, under the supervision of the board of commissioners, is responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations. The board of commissioners acts as the overall supervisory and monitoring body.

HENDRIK KAWILARANG LUNTUNGAN
Chief Executive Officer/ Controlling ShareholderHendrik who likes to be called Rully, has been engaged in pipe trading and manufacturing businesses for more than ten years. As the CEO, Hendrik makes strategic plans and decisions for the Company and leads the management team throughout the implementation of strategies. Prior to his involvement in the trading of pipes, Hendrik worked as the Department Head at PT Broadband Multimedia Tbk. He also previously held positions at Credit Suisse, Skywin Investments Ltd., Global Pacific S.A and the World Intellectual Property Organisation.
Hendrik holds two Master's degrees, a Master of Business Administration from the Australian National University and Master of Arts in Media and Communication from the International University in Geneva. His Bachelor's degree in Business Administration was obtained from L'Europeanne Universite in Geneva. During his studies, Hendrik received some awards, including the Hardworking Student of the Year Award from Chateau Mont-Choisi and the Outstanding Contribution Award from Harvard University. This father of four boys like to spend his weekend playing golf and at shooting range.
ZAVNURA PINGKAN
Chief Financial OfficerAs the CFO of Inerco, she manages the capital allocation and budgeting process in the company. She also engages in fund raising for each project in Inerco and lead the financial team to always aware of the efficiency of each project financially.
Before joining Inerco, Zavnura was the COO of one of the hospitality and property businesses in Indonesia (PT Bosowa Property part of Bosowa Corporindo) for five years. During her involvement in the businesses, she focused on the financials and budgeting of the companies. She also owns several small business enterprises in beauty, hospitality, education and retail.
Zavnura graduated with honor from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and awarded with the best senior design project. She also took 1 year in Harvard University (extension)concentrating in Economics and French. Right after she graduated she worked as an associate for three years in Price Waterhouse Coopers, Indonesia. Mother of two beautiful girls, she likes to enjoy her weekend and holiday travelling with the children.
